Business courses where they didn’t discuss design. But I knew intuitively that the two are intimately connected.
It has been my mission since to hone this skill, and use it to help women in business build a visual identity that feels good to share, drives their profits, and serves as a foundation for landing high-level press, partnerships, and a roster of dream clients.
Today I use my 5+ years of interdisciplinary design and business experience to craft artful, business-driven brand identities - across logo design, creative directions, imagery, messaging, web design, and graphics, transforming 60+ businesses since we opened our doors.
I loved it, and I was good at it - working on multi-million dollar projects’ creative directions, attending high-profile client presentations, at my dream job in LA.
Working in this niche solidified for me there was more to design than beauty. These businesses were investing in their physical brand experience - and they were making massive returns. They were landing press, increasing traffic, and taking their business to the next level via strategic design. I had to know more. I went back to school to pursue a Marketing-focused MBA.

Bri is a Forbes-featured brand photographer with 6+ years experience shooting. She specializes in female-founded brands, and has a unique signature style reminiscent of film. On the weekends, she loves thrifting new interiors finds, baking, and spending time with her gorgeous cat Chase.
Abbey's passion for female entrepreneurship is innate - she has pursued holistic health coaching and social media management herself in the past, and understands the inner workings of a business, both operationally and in terms of building meaningful relationships with clients and partners.
Sydney is a specialized web developer with the capability to build responsive, custom coded websites in ShowIt, Shopify, and Webflow to name a few. She is an incredible collaborator who deeply understands entrepreneurs - she is one herself. On her days off you can find her planning her next nomadic move (most recently: Bali), or exploring new local coffee shops & restaurants.
Bre is a strategy-forward social media manager with a special interest in Instagram & Tiktok. She believes in branding that goes beyond visuals, and into storytelling, personal brand identity, and a truly luxe feel that comes from the essence of your brand's presence.
Melissa is especially talented at capturing moments, spaces, people, and products that transmute the most luxurious essence of each. She crafts powerful brand narratives through edited videos that allow people to connect with your brand's story, aesthetic, and mission.
Fallyn is a graphic designer working full-time in corporate marketing, and part time freelancing with Alia. She understands how to design campaigns that drive ROI, follow company guidelines, and establish a strong brand presence across multiple platforms.
